The older Spanish lady in the morning is sooo rude ! She bring down the whole experience of the deli ! I have gone on many mornings when’s she off and it’s like a whole new store ! The staff is happy and greets you! The customer laugh and smile but when’s there it’s a glum lot ! Just want to walk by when I see her but the coffee is good ! So we Deal with her unprofessional behavior for a coffee

Highly recommended place. The card machine totaled me at $2.85 for a $2.45 product and the cashier told me to wait as he manually entered the right price even after I consistently insisted that I'll just pay the extra 40 cents as tips for their service. Extremely professional and kind service. Plus, the food is good. Oh, and the sandwiches here might be one of the cheapest in the UES area--$8 for a chopped cheese on a hero is insanely good in an area where they usually go for $13.

I have ordered delivery from here twice. Both times they sent me a sandwich I DID NOT order. I ask for wheat bread, they give me white that I can't eat. They don't call or anything like most restaurants and Delis do if they don't have what you ordered. I gave them a second chance and the second time was even worse. If I order a chicken salad wrap, why do you send me a chicken Caesar wrap I cannot eat due to dietary restrictions? This place just doesn't care. The reviews I see on here make no sense. I guess when you are there in-person, they have a harder time screwing you over. It tastes like they don't wash their shredded lettuce. Smells like cigarette ashes/dirty. They didn't put ketchup on a burger or send packets for me to put on,...nothing. Why give the option if you don't do it? No more from this ridiculous place. BE WARY of online orders. They just don't follow instructions AT ALL and give you what THEY want! Insane.

Total scam they have all kinds of fake names on DoorDash that shows they are open. Google them for the NY Post article detailing the scam. Your credit card will be charged and then they will cancel.meaving you waiting on a refund. Classy.

I really enjoyed this deli, they work so hard in here to make sure all orders are perfect. Food is good. Staff here is super friendly and attentive.

I come in the mornings around 8:30-9am about 3x a week, and it's the same service all the time. The lady at the front is so sweet and amazing. They make a good bacon egg and cheese the real NYC style.
