Very disappointing experience with spoiled fish. I recently purchased a fish from here and was extremely disappointed. The fish had a strong, unpleasant odor and an unusual texture, indicating it had gone bad. When I returned to the store to complain, I was told the manager was unavailable and that they couldn't address the issue, and I have to come back another day. I disposed the spoiled fish in their garbage can as they offered no other solution. Wastage of time and money and pathetic customer services. Avoid purchasing seafood here.

From fresh high-quality produce to a variety of dry spices, from multi-cuisine meals/ingredients to an assortment of breads and whatnot! That too at such a reasonable price point specifically the veggies and fruits.

Love the quality/variety of produce they have. Some of the ingredients that are not easily available anywhere else can be found in this store.
My husband often comes here to buy fresh meat and the quality never disappoints.
The checkout process is always fast no matter how crowded the store gets.

ETA: The owner responded to my review below, stating I was trying to return empty “bags” of product. Please see the attached photos to prove that both containers (not bags) are literally full of product. Each item had only one candy removed, and when they were deemed inedible, I tried to return them. Additionally, I never even spoke to or saw the owner in this response; it was the manager who refused to accept the return. Future shoppers beware: not only do they sell items past their prime, but they also lie. At this point, their dishonesty is more concerning than their sales policy, and I would be very wary of doing business here.

I recently purchased candy here for a celebration. A significant portion of the treats were stale, rock-hard, and completely inedible. I attempted to return them, but was told all sales are final. One of the packages didn’t even have any dating/expiry of any kind, and they were clearly rancid and several years old. The manager still refused, telling me “that’s how they’re supposed to be.” They will not stand by their products, and they sell food that is past. I will not shop here again and would recommend others shop at their own risk.

I don't think I've ever been a fan of international fresh markets. Yes, they might sell things from all over the place. However, I don't think they sell the freshest products here. In the past, I had purchased cheese that was previously packed, just to find out that it was rotten on the top. It was not visible to the eye until you opened it. The employees here need training on how to speak and help customers out. They make you feel uncomfortable as soon as you walk into the store. I recommend anyone thinking about shopping here to look for other market options.

One of the worker in the meat department was SO rude and disrespectful towards me even though all I did was ask if there was any other meat available as the one displayed looked not fresh.

I am honestly so disgusted and I have been shopping here for years. No longer will I return. You guys need to train your employees to treat customers with basic manners. He even treated my dad the same way. Maybe he is racist? Either way he should not be working in a job that requires people skills.

BAD PRODUCT DON'T BUY
Warning do not buy Brazilian or any South American chocolates from this location.
This afternoon my mother purchased a bag of Sonho de Valsa only to find that the chocolate to be altered and tasteless I personally spoke with the owner of this market and he confirmed that all the Brazilian and Venezuelan chocolates are placed in freezer truck, and that he has been having multiple problems with them, please do not buy them even if they are still have valid expiration date.

Good Asian- American grocery store. Their veggies are fresh and with competitive market rates. Great diverse meat section as well. Their sea food section can do a little better. Great staff and the checkout ?

Edited: The store has significantly improved. Great section of vegetables and extremely competitive rates compared to other stores in Naperville. Their meat section is exceptionally improved as well. Really fresh halal meat and they keep specials very often. Nicely clean and maintained.
