I’m disappointed with the lack of customer service at this store. They have a beautiful store front with quality spices. I’m glad I looked at their website before I went since the employee woman with silver hair clearly couldn’t be bothered. I was ready to spend some money. I gathered what I was able to figure out for myself and got on my way since the atmosphere was actually quite uncomfortable and I quickly realized she didn’t want to help much. Don’t ask about the charcuterie board unless you’re looking for a snobbish answer about how it’s only processed in store. Yikes, sorry for asking!

We went in for a wine tasting (there's a little bar in the back) but walked out with some fun gifts for bbqing. Cool place to check out for downtown tasting or some yummy treats to go.

We have tried to go in to shop at least 5 times over the last 2 years, most of the time left with no one even acknowledging our presence. We decided to give another chance yet again. Tonight we were met with the same rudeness and bad service. We were never asked if we needed anything or were looking for something, as we left we said thank you. We got nothing in return, we said thank you again as our history had made us frustrated with the rudeness, the employee just mumbled something and pushed the door shut. There are places in Grand Junction with better product and much better service! 100% wouldn't recommend! We tried over multiple years to "hope" for better service yet have never received anything I would even consider service.

Very unfriendly sales person. It is unfortunate since I was planning on buying several Christmas gifts there. My ladies’ group also have had luncheons there. We will go elsewhere.
In response to the “owner”. My ladies group purchases charcuterie items from you, we do wine tastings and they were all very disappointed to hear that you had been rude and would not even work with me on the expired gift cards. (Ladies luncheon perhaps was misleading) I wasn’t expecting a full credit on them by any means. However, the owner did not get off her phone long enough to even see if there was any way to help me. And, yes I spoke with someone else before. They said the owners were out of town and they would get back with me. Didn’t happen. So, basically you called me a liar. Great for business!

Plan on spending money here! Great wines and decent prices. I enjoyed my tasting while smelling delicious food being cooked on premises! We walked in for tastings and spent an extra $100 just on cooking accessories.
My only complaint is that they need more Vegan options!

Delightful and very comfortable small business setting. If you like charcuterie, I highly recommend their board. Tasting flights and glasses of wine are very reasonable and surprisingly delightful. A good place to stop on small business Saturday or any other Saturday.
