Sandwich was $13ish dollars and not worth the money. Totally lacks flavor and very few, thin pieces of lunch meat. Tried to purchase one of their 1/2 pound pasta salads and it was $8. Told them they could keep it. Sam’s grandkids are running this place into the ground. They should be ashamed of themselves. Leaches

I ordered a prosciutto and roasted red pepper panini. Welcome to Utah, where they think prosciutto is salami and red peppers are tomatoes. WTH? While we’re at it, the tabouli salad tastes three days old. This is gross.

Stopped in here during a layover and wanted to try an Italian sandwich. I was expecting more of a sub-style sandwich but wasn't disappointed with The Godfather. Loaded up with meat, cheese, and peppers, this sandwich definitely filled me up... At least until the next city! Lots of beverage options and snacks here too.

Horrible experience. Whoever the lady’s are that were running this place at 4am on 8/31/23 are an absolute joke. I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese which they charge $5.50 for. Once I get it I see that it’s one of those where they just toast the bagel and make you put on the spread. Not ideal but not a big deal. However, they only gave me one small spread packet for the whole bagel. I asked for a couple more just as you would if you want more sauce at a restaurant thinking it was no big deal. They said no, that’s going to cost $2 per packet… per packet! I tried to reason with them and explain how it’s just one small packet of cream cheese, can I just get a little more? What’s that going to hurt you or the business you work at? They refused and insisted that I must pay $2 per packet of cream cheese that I want. Not exactly the way one would want to start their day, especially that early in the morning. These ladies have not the first clue of what customer service means and it’s these type of people that will bring down their business. Not surprised they have 2.2 stars on Google. Not to mention the quality of the bagel itself was atrocious. It tasted like you put frozen bread in a microwave. There are SO many better breakfast options in the airport, don’t go here just because it’s the first one you see after security. I will not be returning ever.

Breakfast was fine and okay priced for an airport. Weird that tipping was forced into it as it’s a buy and go sort of place. The breakfast sandwhich on cibbata was pretty good. There was a lot of cheese and it didn’t really have spices on anything so it was egg, meat and cheese if that makes sense.
If you make an item it takes a while for it to be done so don’t be rushed when you order.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch from here this past Wednesday. Feilel took extraordinary efforts to satisfy my very picky palate and was so gracios. My panini was so fresh and delicious as was my husband’s. We both said it was the best airport meal we’ve ever had.

Una mala experiencia con la comida el chicken parmigiana no tiene sabor por ningún lado excepto la salsa y el mismo caso con la lasagna sin sabor y la carne demasiado grasosa. Entiendo que es comida express pero entonces que no le pongan "gourmet". Precios altos por ser aeropuerto.

What a shameful experience. Has gourmet in the name and serves processed powdered eggs on their avocado toast. And it's really hard to mess up avocado toast. This is the type of place that makes chefs cry. Just keep walking because Vessel Cafe is down the terminal that serves real unprocessed food.
