One of the best delis in the area! Great spot, very convenient, the sandwiches are on point they use very fresh ingredients, so many options for meals and snacks, tons of grocery items a bigger selection than your average deli
The store is super clean and the staff are very nice as well.

I miss the old owners. This owner will see you waiting to pay, ignore you and continue with his phone call for several minutes. I understand having to wait for a customer or if there's an emergency, but this man is always on the phone and will ignore you for several minutes. Not sure if it's because I'm a woman or what, but i'm not paying the higher prices they've added since taking over for disrespectful service and no alcohol selection. I'll be going to degraw and henry deli instead.

I ordered through GrubHub and was excited to try out this new spot. Unfortunately, my excitement dissipated after every bite. They were unable to get my order correctly as well. My sandwich brought avocado and there was none. I asked for salt packages, there was nothing inside the bag. French Fries were soggy and small portion even when I asked for a Large. Definitely won't order from here ever again. First Impression is everything.

I've ordered from here many times before (scroll down on seamless, you'll see my other positive reviews) I think the management is different than it used to be. But whoever runs this place now clearly doesn't have the customer's satisfaction in mind.

Ordered on seamless, then get a call from them saying they don't have what we ordered, and asked what we would like in its place. That's fine, we waited longer than usual, but when it finally came, they were completely different sandwiches than we ordered. Called them and asked what happened, they said they have a different menu in their kitchen than seamless says, that's why it was the wrong kind of sandwich.

Unreal.

Then they said something that made me do a double take. When I asked how to remedy the situation, they said they'll bring the sandwiches but that we would have to give back the ones we had.

For what

When they finally delivered it, the guy insisted we had to pay for the new sandwiches if we wouldn't return the first ones. Makes no sense. We are owed what we ordered in the first place. You would think that a business would be more concerned with making sure the customer was happy. Instead, we felt the whole time that WE were being an inconvenience to THEM. Our satisfaction was never once a priority. This is a warning to everyone, this is the worst customer care you could get.

And why did they need back the sandwiches? It's not like they could resell it.

The cashier was very nice and the sandwich was delicious! I got the Cinco de Mayo hero and it tasted very fresh. Also Rocko the cat greeted me upon entry and he’s just adorable
