We had a ladies event the evening we visited McAlister's. I had called beforehand to let them know a big group would be coming. They were excellent! We ordered, sat down and our meal was served so quickly!! ? we will definitely come back! Thank you for the special attention we received. It was great start to an awesome evening!!

The reason for my rating is an incredibly frustrating experience with this store. I accidentally left my AirPods here and can see on my Find My app that the case is still at the store. I have talked to the employees more than five times over the past month, only to hear the same response: “I don’t know, I’ll have to talk to my manager.” WHILE CONFIRMING THEY HAVE THE AIRPODS

I have left my information FIVE times, with repeated promises that the manager would call me back, but I have yet to receive a single follow-up. Multiple employees have confirmed seeing my AirPods and assured me the manager would get in touch—but that never happens.

It’s extremely unprofessional that I’ve had to repeatedly call, with no resolution or willingness to help. Every time I call, I’m told that my information is noted and visible, yet no one takes action.

I’m posting this review in the hope that someone will finally address this issue. Please allow me to retrieve my AirPods. This experience has been both frustrating and unnecessarily time-consuming

UPDATE 2024: I'm not sure why I went back. Still skimp on portions. Too much money for what you get.
If I could give you less stars I would. The bread was equal parts chewy and soggy. The second order on my ticket requested no sauce, and no spring mix, remnants of both we in/on the sandwich. So they couldn't even be bothered to make the sandwiches after we ordered them?! Disgusting. As you can see below, the 4 oz container wasn't even full. I will not be back nor will I recommend to ANYONE.

Great place for a quick lunch or to just hangout and visit over lunch or dinner. They offer sandwiches, big fresh gourmet salads and soups. They have a big selection of salad dressings for salads. They also offer gluten free sandwiches.we had the gluten-free Rueben sandwich with fresh fruit which was good. The Savannah chopped salad was fresh and delicious. Also we had the southwest avocado salad which was good.

Haven’t been to a McAlister’s in years! wanted to give it a go on the way to my house because I remember it being pretty decent. I got a grilled club and it was amazing! The staff were very friendly. Will be coming again

Rani at the front register being extremely rude to every person ordering and obviously can’t handle a rush kindly. Isn’t helping and is just asking what you want instead of explaining the orders say “kay what else.” And that’s it. Do better or retire.

They have managerial problems. They can't seem to keep a GM. This leads the employees being under/improperly trained. Also, they are often understaffed. Food is good 99% of the time.
