In a world where there's few people in the office, I feel like Bova's is just what we need. This semester I've eaten here multiple times a week for lunch... they treat me like a regular and greet me when I come in, makes me smile.

Everything I've had from the grill is so good, especially barbeque beef, souvlaki wrap, and the famous gyro wrap.

I love the selection of convenience items, top. Don't forget the homemade baklava!

I got the Turkey and guac sub and it was great. I love whatever that red spicy sauce was, not sure. Good bread too.
My only complaint is that there was a beard hair in the guac of my sandwich, which was definitely not pleasant.
After I took the hair out, I finished my sandwich

I come here a few times a week to get a bova special, Iced tea and a brownie. Always call ahead and it’s always ready within 5 minutes when I get there. The owner and employees are super chill and the food is great

Bova’s is one of the best places I’ve been to so far,
If you’re a Muslim and looking for quick and delicious (halal options) bova’s got you covered.

They have (halal options) which the staff can help you identify. I personally loved the Faisal Wrap it’s really good. There’s also Hummus and Falafel Warp which is also delicious and a couple more halal ones!
The staff are wonderful and kind and friendly.

Bova’s is also a supermarket so if you’re looking for some main essentials to get you going for your stay then you’ll find them at Bova’s.

I came to Boulder for a summer program at the university and I pay a visit to Bova’s daily for whatever I need.

If you want a late meal after drinking/partying on the weekends, this is definitely the place. They close around 1:30-2 am. I recommend the gyros and any sandwich, you will not be disappointed. This place is also a mini-market, since they have all kinds of drinks/proteins/snacks. It can get crowed after midnight, but it is worth the wait. Prices are reasonable.

It is hard to get to with the construction and no shade where you can eat outside, but the food was really good. I had the gyro and my sister has the shawarma, and we both really liked them. I was planning on only eating 1/2 of it, but it was too good to stop. Will be back.

Ive been going to Bova's for a very long time....since they were on the hill. Ive never had a bad experience with anything until now. Don't get me wrong the food is amazing and the Gyros are out of this world. But i just ordered one with no hot sauce and it came with NO LETTUCE! i need lettuce for my gyro so now i have a pita filled with meat, a few diced up tomato and some onions. I'm sorry but i need the entire gyro with lettuce, tomato, sauce and onions. I no longer live in Boulder and only come here now once in awhile when i can.. but to have my gyro not complete is very very disappointing.
