Amazing service! I live in California; on Wednesday I ordered a complicated and specialized order. Within minutes I got a text from Caputo’s explaining the situation and giving me the alternatives. This morning - 48 hours later!! - I received the order as originally requested, not the “substituted” they thought was what they could so. This shipment included cheese - a special one from Sardinia - and it “came through” perfectly! Truly amazing!

I recently ordered Bianco Dinapoli NY Style Pizza Sauce from Caputo’s. They are one of the few companies that will ship to my APO box, which is such a blessing being so far from home. Not only did they quickly ship my order, but they did an amazing job wrapping up each individual can. All cans arrived in perfect condition - not a single dent. The sauce is amazing also. I’ve been on a quest for 20 over years to make a decent NY style pizza. This is by far the best pizza sauce I’ve used. Just needed a little sugar. Thank you for the amazing service!!

After searching for marinated anchovies (Boquerones) for the longest time and getting the usual pizza style anchovies in error, I finally found and took a chance on Caputo's and much to my delight
I just opened my delivery of Nassari Marinated Boquerones (anchovies) from Caputo's Online and they are De-lic-ous!!!
Not only that, but Caputo's went above and beyond with amazing customer service from Reana when my first delivery was ruined by USPS putting it in a parcel locker in 100+ deg temps!!
When I reached out to Caputo's to see if they would still be safe to eat they said no and immediately offered a replacement which was delivered in a speedy manner via FedEx and contained a 'sweet' surprise ( some amazing chocolate)
too boot!!

I placed an order from Caputos for their superb milk chocolate Blanxart. I could not be more impressed with the quick response, shipping, and delivery from them. They are a gold star company!! They hand wrapped the chocolate and sent it across country with an ice pack to make sure it arrived safely! The chocolate is the best I have ever had!! I will be ordering many times from them.

Caputo’s did a great job working with me on a gift card issue, which they resolved before our phone conversation ended. I was able to place my order with no problem using the gift card. My order came within a couple days and everything was as hoped. I would definitely order from them again!
