Dr. Po is very nice and takes care patients. Recently received two statements in errors from them. This is third times in the past two years they did in error, one is coding in error, and one is billed full amounts when insurance was used. However, they have not responded to my inquiries after contacting them last week. Be careful to review bill with your insurance policy.

I was seen in the office last Thursday at the end of my visit I was given an estimated cost for my next visit. I called back on Tuesday spoke with Lisa and she immediately informed me I did not have insurance which was not true. They hadn't entered my insurance in the system yet. I've been trying to get an exact cost for my next visit for two days. The office manager called me at 7:30pm on Tuesday evening to say they were still waiting for my insurance to be entered and she would call me back tomorrow. I received no call back. I called the office at 6:10pm on Wednesday and they were still unable to provide an answer. I'm a little nervous about this office. I know when it was Dr. Salcedo's office his staff was prompt and on top of things.*UPDATE * So after several attempts to try and get a exact cost for my next visit with NO success. I come home Friday to a certified letter from this dental office saying they suggest I find dental care some where else. I was never rude to any of the staff each time I called. But truthfully they could have saved the money spent to send me a certified letter and just said that on one of my many calls to the office. I didn't see any minorities there in the office after receiving that letter it gave me a racist vibe from them. I will happily take my insurance to another dentist. I wouldn't feel comfortable with them performing any work on mouth now. Dr. Salcedo would have never treated his new or old patients in such a manner.

I can’t say enough good things about the employees and dentists at Po Dental, Fairfield. I had an 8 am appointment for two crowns. It was cold in the room, so I was offered (and accepted) a warm blanket. I never felt any pain or discomfort during the process. The personnel are so friendly as well as efficient. Have never encountered anyone in a grumpy mood or entered any room that wasn’t clean and orderly. I highly recommend this business.

I woke up with a lot of pain and knew it was only going to get worse so I called into the office as soon as they opened . They had me come in immediately and squeezed me in between appointments and diagnosed it as an infection , they put me on antibiotics and scheduled me for two days later to get a root canal . They actually mentioned they would have tried to do it today but I needed to be on antibiotics first before the procedure . I could not have asked for any better or quicker care than that . I appreciate the care they showed me .

My family and I started with Dr. Patel, the original owner of this dental practice, 30+ years ago, and then stayed on with the Po family after he handed the baton over to them. These two brothers are some of the best in the business; great at what they do, very humble, friendly, and respectful. And I can’t say enough about the staff who is absolutely the best! They too are friendly, kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable. We left the business about 5 years ago because we moved and wanted to find a practice closer to home. MISTAKE!!! After a year of mediocre service, we beelined it back to this office and plan to stay put. If the service is good, who cares if you have to drive 250 miles to your appointments?! Just kidding, just the next town over.

Dr. Po’s office was able to match my his husband’s and my dental appointments back to back at the same time and we finished up together. We love Dr. Edward Po and he has been our dentist for years. Also, the staff is wonderful, helpful, and personable. We would highly recommend Dr. Po to all of our family and friends.

This is a wonderful dentist office. The staff are amazing so friendly and caring. They actually care about the patients needs. Office is clean and all the care that I needed was done on the spot. No waiting 2 weeks for a new crown. First time I’ve used this office and it’s now my go to place! Very satisfied!

I have been a patient for many years of Dr. Po’s office. He has amazing staff, starting with Sandy, that works at the front desk, who is knowledgeable, helpful and kind, Monica who is the best Dental Hygienist and very informative AND last but certainly not least, Dr. Po, who is the best in his field, honest, VERY PATIENT, and educates his patients on their needs for all necessary procedures and treatments.
