We visited your food truck during the margarita festival in Rockwall tonight and waited an hour and 45 minutes from getting in line to getting our food which I think is extremely unacceptable even during a big event like this. My suggestion would be to condense your menu and offer fewer items when you know there is going to be a huge crowd. This will allow you to focus more on the ingredients it takes to make those 3 or 4 things than it takes to make 10 or 15 different menu items. It just felt like you were unprepared for the rush tonight. Aside from that, the food was excellent!

Visited the food truck during the Juneteenth Festival in Garland, Tx. OMG! The food was great! My son had the brisket nachos my husband had the brisket plate, the grandkids wanted the Mac n Cheese, and I had the lemon pepper wings with fries. We had pure fruit, watermelon/strawberry smoothies, tea, and that crazy delicious banana pudding with sauce caramel. We all shared plates and kept eating on the food the next day for lunch! Whew! We got our money’s worth of wonderful food.

Super nice folks cooking up some delicious gourmet flavors... The Tampa Cuban sandwich is so good! And the seasoning on those crispy fries is to die for. Don't forget the 10 ingredient banana pudding for dessert! Mmmmm...so gourmet!

On the behalf of our Gospel station and as people who love dynamite cuisine, what we enjoyed today can’t be compared with anything we’ve ever had. The gourmet sandwich I enjoyed was so enormous I had to put some up for tomorrow; my wife hamburger was awesome as she made it disappear. Oh my the dessert “ PEACH COBBLER NACHOS- the name says it all “ one of kind. Fresh and well worth the price.

The foods that Gourmet Flavors of Texas puts out are as original as its name. Anybody can go out for Italian, Mexican or American Foods but there's nothing out there that is as different with unique flavors, delicious taste and real Gourmet Flavors of Texas. Like Texas peach cobbler nachos,fried cheesecake egg rolls with fresh strawberries or New York style, sin eggrolls, clean fresh made pizza with a special sauce or how about a 5 cheese spinach dip. Now that is what I call Gourmet and it's original. Try it? I bet you won’t forget those unique flavors you’ll be asking for more!

We hired Gourmet Flavors of Texas to cater our Halloween party. The food was amazing! Every one of our guests commented on how good the food was. The owners are extremely professional and way over delivered on what we had agreed on! We will definitely hire them again!

So guys I’m a pescatarian I only eat fish for meat preferably salmon or sometimes I eat chicken she had something for me I was thrilled!!! So I had hickory smoked chicken sandwich with provolone and pickles and I also had garlic Parmesan fries omg and the best part of it all was there was no salt and it still gave FLAVOR like I’m big on flavor so this was a nice place to get a home cooked meal I am a loyal customer after yesterday I’m literally so in love You can definitely say it was a gourmet experience 🥰
P.S I was gone take a picture but the food couldn’t stand a chance 🤷🏽‍♀️🥴

The burgers are amazing! Their fajitas are so flavorful! The potato salad is hands down the very best potato salad I have ever had! I recomnend that you use them to cater your next event!
