My favorite comfort food place in griffintown. Very popular and often they close earlier as everything got sold out. Mainly for takeout but a few chairs to dine in also. But please be aware it’s not a full service restaurant. Owner is running a one person operation. Great food and reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I can’t decide which is better, the food or the service? Both are absolutely top-notch. Every time I order from Gourmet, the food is consistently amazing. The owner always prepares the food fresh as you order. Heck, he even makes the bread from scratch as you order! To top it off, the prices are so reasonable. Highly recommend this staple in the Griffintown community.

Original and authentic sandwiches! Restaurant owner is a very nice Moroccan guy, helped us and recommended us some items in the menu. The chicken sandwich is very tasty, it has a lot of cheese and everything is fresh even the bread! Pizza’s were also amazing especially the tuna.

Juste avant que je reçoive ma commande le chef offre un commande à deux enfants d'environ 10 ans.

Il m'avertit d'avance que je vais attendre pour mon wrap au lieu de me faire attendre, mais l'attente en valait vraiment le coup.

That is a really cozy small local place in my neighborhood with a very easy to choose menu. I really like pepperoni pizza here! For days that I have no time for cooking and need something ready fast, that is a good option.

When looking for a place to eat I googled, “food near me”. This hidden gem was only 90m away from me and I saw it had some great reviews from prior visitors, and decided to find out for ourselves if it lived up to the reviews.

This is our third night staying in the city and this was above and beyond the best food and experience that we have had since our visit started.

The food is absolutely outstanding and I cannot recommend this place enough. This will be a spot that we stop at on our next visit and more.

I did not catch the owner/chefs name but his passion for cooking a was evident from the time we walked in to the time we walked out. He is doing everything right and I truly expect there to be lines out the door the next time we come back.

Overall the food and experience far exceeded my expectations, even with a 5 star rating on google.

Some have said it before me and I can confirm from my own experience 5 stars is simply not enough.

My only recommendation I would offer would be to make a facebook page and and instagram for the business(I couldn’t find one on either platform), so I can rate it 5 stars there too!!

This place is a hidden gem! The chef is very talented! One of the best pizzas and wraps we have had anywhere, even outside of Montreal. I’m so glad we discovered it now so we can enjoy it a few more times while we are staying in Griffintown

J'ai pris le sandwich au bœuf, qui est vraiment excellent ! Mon seul petit commentaire serait qu'ils devraient réchauffer le sandwich un peu après avoir ajouté le fromage pour qu'il soit fondu et non juste froid.
