Booked a couple of days ahead to Visit Frensham Ponds Country House for lunch. Service was excellent as was the walk around the pond after lunch. Very pleased with first experience of using Gourmet Guide vouchers.

I have a voucher which expires 31st December, 2024. I am unable to redeem it. The website claims that things are being updated and so bookings aren't being taken. I have tried, unsuccessfully, to phone. I sent an email and got a standard reply saying they will get in touch when my voucher can be used. However, as this voucher was an expensive gift, they have no record of me!!!
It appears that vouchers can still be bought on the website so I would discourage anyone from doing so!!!

Think this company is a SCAM. I bought my bro and his gf a voucher last Christmas to use and they informed me they have been trying to book the past few months to no avail 🙁 This was meant to be a nice gift they could have whilst I babysat my neices and nephew for them so they could have some quality time together so I am extremely upset and annoyed!

Please Read …. UPDATE !!!! the website and emails are now working. Finally managed to book and use the vouchers .. They have extended the expiry date by 3 months so I suggest you all use your vouchers asap.

I have a £200 voucher that I’ve been trying to use since October. There is no answer over email or telephone. It’ll now expire. I also bought a voucher as a present in September, which I assume is also money down the drain.

Fantastic customer service, booked last minute whilst taking a short birthday holiday break. The team were able to confirm a booking and redeem our voucher for dinner at The Inn At Welland. The meal was outstanding and the
staff wished me a happy birthday with a surprise cake!! Clean plates all round!
