The first thing I wanted to try when I landed in San Jose was to have Halal burgers. Find out researching this place, which had such amazing options for burgers, so I couldn't choose one. I ended up choosing three little mini burgers

The staff members were very kind and offered all kinds of suggestions and also let me know that everything was 100% Halal

I end up going with the three mini burgers, and they're all three delicious. One of them being a Mexican burger, which was a bit spicy, but it was amazing, and the other was a chicken burger . The last one was the classic American Burger.

Deathly recommend this to anyone who would love to try all kinds of different burgers. Thank You

I wanted a burger and saw the sign for this place while driving to a gas fillup at Costco so figured I should try it. It's located at a first floor strip mall under an apartment complex. The place is bigger than I expected from the outside but doesn't have too much seating. It's not crowded and the food is very standard. What I mean is that I don't find it any better or worse than other burger places. The Hawaiian Spicy Burger is really alright with a large piece of pineapple but the meat is a little dry. The Nashville spicy chicken is really spicy but it's standard fried chicken breast meat so can't really say it's better than anywhere else. Overall it's alright to maybe try it once but I suspect most of you would find it underwelming and probably go back to Shake Shack or Chick Fila (incidentally I do prefer these two to this place). Oh there is an option to use impossible pattie. The menu also mentioned halal meat so maybe that's one of the selling points? My biggest problem with this place is that the sauces are not better than cheaper alternatives such as in-n-out, shake shack or Chick fila given the other options I don't have much urge to come back.
The onion ring is alright and I'd say better than the burger. Oh the burger is not bad either but not good enough to stand out.
Place is clean and kiosk is easy to use.

Yeah it was pretty alright. I wouldn’t say anything to get super hyped on, but if you are in the area for work or live in the large apartment complex it’s in, it’s solid.

It would be nice if they had more varieties of burgers, but the basic one they have is good; tasty. I like their fountain drink selection which is upper class versus the standards. And the onion rings were yum, though pretty small quality. 🙁

Order at the kiosk and then pick it up when ready. I will say the kiosk software interface could use improving. Was not obvious how to make modifications to the burger.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER, they gave us wrong order. Service is quick but it’s terrible when they gave us wrong sauce for the wings.

We are excited that they opened an outlet in Santa Clara and it has biggest space and plenty of seating. It’s new so the staff still getting up to speed with the service and menu selection. I do find that the burger lack something which we are familiar with at the Fremont outlet. It’s 100% halal. Just a note the is no cell or data inside the cafe which his very strange.

Wings are good; they came out hot and crispy.

I ordered the red chili garlic flavor which according to the scale is the second most spicy one. It's not spicy at all to me. They're very sweet and remind me of Korean chicken wings. I like the flavor and crispiness of the wings.

You place your order at the 3 machines on the side and someone will deliver them when they're ready.

Not the ideal place to consume your food. Every 5 minutes or so, there'll be an extremely loud, deafening, sharp beep sound that goes off (it's probably their oven or grill or something) and it goes off for a few seconds. It really hurts your ears. I wish this place came with a warning so I could bring my noise cancelling headphones or earplugs to dampen the noise. Or!!! Maybe they should provide some earplugs along with the ketchup and mustards on the side.

The place was clean. I like that. You order from a kiosk, if you prefer. Everything was quick which sometimes makes me wonder if the food is going to be any good. The food was very good. My favorite place for onion rings. Onions are sliced just right, not to thick not too thin. The battery stays in place when you bite down. Don't like when you bite and the onion pulls out. That didn't happen. Seems like they use a high quality beef. The buns were really soft and the toppings were actually ripe. I would say as far as quality The beef was as good as In-N-Out if not better. And the price was very comparable. The people also are very helpful. I really enjoy that

The Nashville chicken sandwich is fantastic, on par with any other chicken sandwich shop locally.

The wings are solid, same with the fries and onion rings.

Chicken tenders a bit mid honestly though, sauce are solid.

Price wise a tad pricy but compared to what food prices are now a days not that bad, would try it out if you like similar stuff.

Love the ease & simplicity of the kiosk, placing & paying for your own order. I don't eat burgers often but when the craving hits?‍♀️. The Hawaiian burger did not disappoint! Onion rings were perfect as well. Nothing but good vibes about this place?
