Great little spot to get the freshest and healthiest food. This family owned business is a rare gem. The sourdough bread is the best I've ever had and the vegan options are perfectly prepared and seasoned. The chef really knows what she's doing here. I'll definitely be back to try more items.

Cutest little cafe with all sorts of surprises. Right off manhattan in Virginia park this little gem is now going to be my new favorite spot. I had the pesto chicken sandwich and the remedy juice. So delicious! Bread was perfect the flavors were excellent. Good portion size. They also have vegan and keto desserts. They have ready to eat meals you can pick up and now I’m going to start doing this when I have a late night at work instead of ordering food for my family! The vibe inside is super cute and there’s an outdoor, dog friendly patio with lots of shade.

The food and ingredients were amazing. I left there wanting more. Considering the ingredients, the food reasonably priced. We are very surprised it wasn’t busier. I’ll definitely go back for the food and drinks.

I didn’t remove stars for the staff but the front lady could have been friendlier. Maybe she had an off day but it almost felt like being there was an inconvenience to her. She shut down the coffee machine 30 minutes before closing so she couldn’t give us the coffee we wanted. I went ahead and got the cold brew which ended up being good.

Some of the tastiest organic and keto friendly food I’ve had in a very long time. Prices match the quality, to some it may seem expensive but as far as how good it tastes and the quality of ingredients used, it’s worth it. Will definitely be coming back!

The food was so delicious and owners super nice! Very clean, calming yet upbeat music and comfortable seating. The menu has an excellent variety and they have a very good looking brunch menu. The next time I go I will take my dog, sit outside buy some healthy treats from them.

ATTENTION: Intelligent Gourmet is no longer at this location, they have relocated and are now inside the Village Health Market on S MacDill. I would hate someone to waste their time since it happened to me .

Anyways, despite being frustrated I believe it was worth the drive, it definitely surpassed my initial expectations . It is a very cute cafe and the customer service was great. I was overwhelmed with the delicious aroma and the arrays of food everywhere . I ordered the paleo bowl and it was awesome. They made something so basic look so fancy and taste so delicious. It was only $10 and definitely worth every dollar. Very reasonable prices and clean food that is actually tasty and well seasoned . I would definitely come back .

I have been getting takeout from Intelligent Gourmet for years because they certainly live up to their name. They are one of the hidden gems of South Tampa, and if you are from elsewhere, worth the trip. At first glance, they resemble a normal deli with a touch of health food store, but here the emphasis is on health, done deliciously. The chef puts love in every bite, expertly blending spices in dishes that are friendly to both the keto and vegan persuasions. Imagine eating things not just free from harm but taste sensations, as if being lucky enough to have a favorite aunt that loves to cook for you that just happened to graduate from the CIA (Culinary Institute of America).

I can't say enough good things about Intelligent Gourmet. It has remained a reliable source of some of my family's favorite edibles and treats, a place to stop for a cafe lunch with a friend, to cater a special event, and to have a friendly conversation with some very special people.

Did I mention that their food helped my husband immensely after being diagnosed as a diabetic.
