Their products are good just like any other Russian store but the girl that works the register I think her name is Christina has a serious attitude problem we come in and spend around $200 every other week she gave us a bag that ripped when we asked for another bag because the bag ripped with an attitude she said do you have $.10 I said are you seriously worried about $.10 when I come in and spend all this money here she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I’m thinking to myself I didn’t even want a free bag. I just wanted a replacement of a plastic bag that ripped while she was putting stuff in it and to lose a loyal customer over something so small is mind-boggling to me. The customer service here is absolutely terrible. There are plenty of other Russian stores in town. I think I will be visiting those instead from now on. I’m most definitely done spending money here if I’m going to be treated like this

I really used to like this place, but after being treated so poorly by the cashier, she’s the heavyset girl with the long face for several years, I don’t want to come here anymore. I would rather drive further out of my way to go to a different Eastern European store where simple customer service is not too much to ask for.

Friendly counter service. The lady that helped us behind the deli counter was patient and gave us samples of items that we weren't familiar with. We had these super tasty cakes, one like a creamy soft graham cracker layer cake, the other a creamy layered one with a toasty hazelnut baked meringue layer and with a dark chocolate top layer. If you aren't sure what something is, just ask, as most items are in Russian. They have a limited bakery section, but do have lots of meats and lots of candy. We found these dark chocolate candies that are like a ferrero rocher and they are amazing!

Big variety of European foods. Amazing shish kebabs. Huge variety of ready to eat salads. Freshly baked breads. Sea food is also available. Delicious baking goods. Huge variety of cheese and meats. Even though its a far drive for me (35 min), I still go there because I know when I'm there i will not leave empty handed because everything is delicious. I definatelly trust those people preparing my food.
New remodel, everything looks modern. I love the new layout makes my shopping trip even more convenient then ever.

Great Russian and Slavic grocery store, Deli and Bakery. Like the fresh cooked items. Candy and sweets are big selection, very cool. Coffee and tea's have the great Euro stuff. We hit this place at least once a week. Clean place. Prices are reasonable. Worth a stop to support a local store with unique foods.

На кассе работает полненькая девушка, как не зайду ни привет, ни пока, всегда с раздражённым лицом, всегда езжу в другой русский магазин который дальше чем роял, на постоянной основе не хожу именно из-за неё! Грубая, не уважительная, всегда без улыбки, другие девушки в магазине замечательные, и в пакеты готовую еду упакуют чтоб ничего не пролилось, а эта говорит : у нас вон там пакеты висят, сами берите. Больше не приду в этот магазин, лучше подальше проедусь и выйду из магазина с хорошим настроением, чем я буду наблюдать это лицо без улыбки, без приветствия!

And in fact, they have the weekend, but you can only find out by arriving at the place and reading it on a piece of paper ON THE DOOR! Overall the best Russian food grocery store in town. Some of the best prices on many items and great selection of culinary/buffet items - cooked meats, salads, cakes, bakery - always fresh and delicious. Their pies ("пирожки") are the best!
