This location is bit older than the new location in South Lubbock, but it still manages to taste great. The employees were quick and efficient and we had our food just after getting our drinks and sitting down. We always go with Turkey Original w/ mustard and it never disappoints. The inside was clean as well as the restrooms. Overall, we will probably go to the South location just due to convenience, but this location is still great.

So a couple of weeks ago I ragged against the Schlotzsky's on 82nd. Will never go back there!

180° difference!

Placed the same order as before. The Fiesta Chicken was properly made with delicious jalapeno cheesebread! It was soft and fresh and very tasty! The rest of the sandwich was great!! Quick service and quick in and out of the restaurant. Will absolutely go here again!!

I really wanted the Loaded Potato Soup and all I got was soup. Sadly disappointed. I have provided the picture on the menu vs. what I paid for. Schlotzskys sale price is higher so I would have loved better quality food.

The staff were so friendly and the service was top notch. The employees were busy keeping the restaurant clean and attending to the guests. Our sandwiches were hot and fresh! The ice tea was brewed fresh.

Second time eating at this establishment. Fantastic food for a relatively inexpensive price. Restaurant is extremely clean with fantastic servers and staff.

Highly recommend this establishment! I will always make a pit stop here on the way through Lubbock.

I did an online order pickup here Friday. Right when I bit in to my sandwich there was a hair. I went back to return the sandwich and get my money back. No apology, just refunded my money. I was so grossed out. I will NOT be eating at any Schlotzsky's again thanks to this disgusting experience and zero apology.

I ordered a turkey avocado sandwich from the location on 19th near covenant hospital and I was eating my sandwich and there was a big sharp piece of plastic in the sandwich which I had stuck in my throat and I tried to call and speak with a manager and and all I got is a very rude person on the line which would not give me the managers name would not help me would not tell me what it was would not help me at all!!! I could not get any safety information from them how to help know what was stuck in my throat. Please please beware of this location before eating there

I called just to let whoever needed to know that my girlfriend and I got food poisoning yesterday, and I was hung up on. It happens! I really wasn’t mad at all. I just wanted to let somebody know so that nobody else got sick. I didn’t yell or act like a jerk—I was actually laughing because I thought it was kind of funny and I didn’t want some poor service worker to think I was calling to yell or blame them for something they can’t control. Just a quick PSA for anybody looking for a schlotzky’s: eat at the other one in town. This one doesn’t give a damn about your health.
