Nice staff, always polite when I walk in...it is a busy wee shop so sometimes a wait, but great range of stuff to buy including their coconut sweeties ? ? ?

I am disabled. The store is not disabled-friendly. I fell in the store because you can't notice that there are stairs. I grabbed onto the shelf in front of me. The shelf is full of glass jars. Fortunately, the fixed shelf cannot be moved, so that many glass jars did not fall on me. But the stairs hit me. And something, I don't know what, cut one of my fingers. I showed it to the salespeople in the store. And I told them something cut me. They gave me a blue blotting paper. I wrapped my bleeding finger with it. My question is, why aren't the stairs on both sides marked? They are not marked, it is difficult to notice.

Na wstepie musze zaznaczyc, ze moja opinia dotyczy TOP z Dunfermline. Zakupilem tam wloskie orzechy w lupkach. Po powrocie do domu okazalo sie, ze wszystkie co do jednego byly splesniale. Obsluga musiala o tym wiedziec, poniewaz cena byla okazyjna. Ale jak to mowia Brytyjczycy " you get what you pay for". Inna sprawa to obsluga. Panie maja takie podejscie do klienta, jakby pracowaly tam za kare. Moja noga niepredko tam postanie.
I have to admit that my review is for Dunfermline's branch. Bought there some wallnuts in shells. When got back home these ended up in the bin as were mouldy one by one. The shopkeepers must have known that as price was cheap.
The other thing is customer service. Ladies who work there are surly.
